"Even if one has a mental illness they are still entitled to their constitutional rights. I was brought in on a 9.39 status which means "a danger to himself or others." I was never a danger to myself or others. But by getting arrested and being subjected to dangerous drugs and treatments that had no therapeutic value I was in essence put into an even worse danger.
